Delivery policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

goatworld sells a digital service, so there is nothing to ship. This page states plainly what delivery means, how quickly it happens and what to do if it does not.

goatworld sells a digital service. There is nothing to ship. A placement is delivered by publishing it on the board you bought, and that happens on our servers, not in a van.

What delivery means here

When you buy a placement, what you receive is your listing appearing publicly on the board you selected, at the amount you paid, with your link and image where you supplied them. Nothing physical is dispatched and no address is required.

When it happens

StepTiming
Payment confirmed by our processorImmediately
Listing reviewed by a personUsually within [a few hours], and always within [24 hours]
Listing live on the boardImmediately on approval
Receipt and invoice by emailWithin [24 hours] of payment

Every listing is checked before publication, which is why delivery is not instant. If a listing is approved outside working hours it goes live when it is reviewed.

How long it stays up

A placement runs for [30] days from the moment it goes live, unless a different term was stated when you bought it. Your position within that period is never guaranteed — anyone can outbid you at any time, which is how the boards work and is explained in the Terms.

If it is not delivered

If we take payment and then decline your listing at review, it is never published and you receive a full refund. The Refund policy sets out that case and the others in full.

Where we deliver

The boards are public and worldwide. Anyone with an internet connection can see a published listing, wherever they and you are. We accept payment in the currencies shown at checkout.

Something wrong

If your listing has not appeared within [24 hours] of payment, write to [billing@goatworld.io] with the payment reference and we will sort it out or refund it.
